PLAYER KITS
Automatic starter loadout support for new or reset players arriving at spawn.
Main Trigger: New/empty players at spawn world
Cooldown: 1 hour between kit grants
Main Benefit: Instant basic gear and food to start playing
What It Does
Player Kits automatically gives a starter setup to players who are just starting or who reach spawn with an empty inventory.
This reduces early downtime and gets players moving quickly with usable combat, mining, and farming tools.
Kit Contents
| Category | Items |
|---|---|
| Armor | Copper helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots |
| Tools | Copper sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, and hoe |
| Food | 64 cooked beef |
| Item Quality | Kit armor and tools are given with strong durability support |
When You Receive It
| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| First time joining | You are welcomed and automatically given the starter kit |
| Entering spawn world with completely empty inventory | You can receive the starter kit again if cooldown allows |
| You already have items in inventory | Kit is not given |
| You are within cooldown window | Kit is skipped until cooldown expires |
Welcome Book
When the feature triggers, players are also shown a welcome book with quick server guidance and early direction.
This pairs with the starter kit so new players get both gear and onboarding context at the same time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a /kit command for this?
A: No. Player Kits is automatic and context-based.
Q: Why did I not get a kit at spawn?
A: Most often because your inventory was not empty, or you were still inside the 1-hour cooldown window.
Q: Does this only work for brand-new players?
A: New players always qualify, and empty-inventory players at spawn can also qualify under the feature rules.
Q: Can I stack kits repeatedly back-to-back?
A: No. The feature has a cooldown to prevent rapid repeated grants.
